Hovi is an identity infrastructure company that enables organizations to issue or verify digital credentials. Its platform lets organisations issue and verify tamper-proof credentials that anyone can check in seconds, anywhere, without going back to the issuer. Hovi is built to work across ecosystems rather than lock into one, connecting to the EU Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallet, EU Business Wallet (EBW), Google Wallet, Microsoft Entra and other digital trust networks worldwide, so a credential issued once is verifiable wherever the holder needs it. Hovi works with customers across Europe, Latin America and Asia.
For Veduca, the partnership transforms completed training from a record held inside a single platform into a credential that stands on its own. Certificates issued through Veduca can now be presented and confirmed as authentic independently of Veduca's systems, strengthening the case Veduca makes to the employers and enterprise clients who fund technical training and giving it a means of demonstrating outcomes rather than asserting them.
For Hovi, the partnership extends credential infrastructure built to European digital identity requirements into the Brazilian market and into the education and skills sector, validating both a new geography and a new vertical for the platform. Together, the two companies establish that verifiable credential infrastructure developed against one region's standards can be deployed commercially in another, and that training providers represent an addressable market for it.

Veduca defines a credential template once, setting the fields every certificate will carry. Course name, completion date, learner name, hours studied.
When a learner finishes a course, the credential is issued straight to their digital wallet. They hold it. They choose who sees it.
When someone needs to check it. For example a university reviewing complementary studies, or an employer screening a candidate, a single request can confirm the qualification. They ask for the credential and get an answer immediately.
What they are checking is the signature, not a database entry. The credential proves three things at once. Veduca issued it. It has not been altered since. It belongs to the person presenting it.
That last one is what a PDF cannot do. A PDF can be forwarded, edited, or sent by someone who did not earn it, and the verification code only tells you a certificate with that number exists.
Brazil is the starting point. The wider aim is a Latin American skills ecosystem where a credential earned in one country is verifiable in another, by any employer or institution that needs to check it, without either side depending on the issuer's systems being reachable.
